Fever’s aim is to promote the endless possibilities for chef-driven artistic hand food, and so, we have cultivated a distinctive collection of America’s favorite hand foods for your enjoyment.

Mastering tacos, hamburgers and hot dogs at a chef-driven level is no easy task. But our imagination is unlimited! Surprising combinations of ingredients are paired with familiar foods to offer balance and variety. Ranging from sautéing taco ingredients in wine to smoking all of our own meats, fish, peppers and even cheese, we are inspired to push the boundaries.

We have created a special group of entrées that feature the French fry, and as well, a category influenced by Spanish cuisines. Our personal penchant for sweets motivated us to develop original recipes for a variety of cakes and pies that are known to be favorites in the Southeast.

Fever has put as much thought and effort into our restaurant’s contemporary design as into our menu in order to create this concept’s unique dining experience.

Carefully selected materials such as beautiful stone, warm colors of wood, and
leather chairs in vibrant colors are placed in a setting of neutral grays that
showcases eye-catching artwork. Our atmosphere is exhilarating and lively with
smooth jazz softly playing in the background.

Taqueria Fever is a creation of Couture Restaurant Brands, a company that
